What will I need for verification?

sports club, you will need to submit photo ID and one of the following:

Unique member number /athlete number
For example - FA Number, Lawn Tennis Association, England Athletics URN, England Golf

Business email
For example - @local-club.com

Payslip or document proving you are affiliated with a club

Confirmation email showing you or your child are part of a club
